My Safe Zone is the affordable care program of Pneuma Health. It was created to make professional mental health support easier to understand, easier to book, and more financially accessible. Therapy services, billing, insurance claims, and receipts are provided under Pneuma Health.

Care may be provided by Registered Psychotherapists (RPs), Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying), and Registered Social Workers (RSWs), depending on your needs and availability.

Insurance

Coverage depends on your plan.

You may self-pay, submit a Pneuma Health receipt to your insurer, or request direct billing. Direct billing is not available for every insurer or plan and cannot be guaranteed.

Please confirm that your plan covers psychotherapy or your clinician's professional designation. You remain responsible for the full fee and any amount your insurer does not pay.
